Formats are: traditional
offset, Docutech, or a combination of both, and in paperback
as well as hardback.
We will provide a quote on the project before we begin. Offset printing (containing either black-and-white or color interiors) requires press runs of at least 2,000 copies to overcome the initial cost of setting up the press and keep per-unit costs within bounds.
For boutique editions of 200 copies (with full-color covers and black-and-white interiors), Docutech—a relatively new Xerox technology that produces results practically indistinguishable from those that can be achieved by offset—provides a much more cost-effective option our clients
invariably find satisfying.
Our book covers are generally perfect-bound
and in complete color, and can be laminated to a high gloss
if you wish.
